Last spring I had a vero member end one of my auctions
We hashed the whole thing out on this board and it was a bogas vero in that my item was not evan close to what he claims vero rights to
The thing is I never got around to filling out the paper work with ebay to contest the vero claim
I was going to have my wife relist the item under her ID
My question is could she be suspended for listing this item ?
I know I cant list it without filing the paperwork that I know longer have but if she lists it can they suspend her ?
The only common thread between us is the address we have seprate cc on file seprate email address and evan seprate phone numbers on file.
spock here......
Live long and Prosper

What if you get vero'd again? IMO, it probably isn't worth it. List it on an alternate site.
