Does anyone have the email address to email the powerseller ebay contact. I know that I am supposed to be able to email them 24 hours a day. I cant find that anywhere on their site. I did find where it said that is was mailed to me but that was so long ago.

Ebay dumped all of my auctions twice this week without any notification. I had a link to my website on my ads. OK, I now realize that they changed the policy so I removed the link and put the auctions back up. They dumped them all again for the same reason even though I took off the links!

As a powerseller you would think they would have some decency and warn me or communicate with me. I am not a huge seller but my ebay bill is $1000 per month. I would think that someone would at least email me.

The address is [email protected], but here's a good reason not to be one...

Ebay does not need your paltry $1,000.00 a month nor mine. Imagine if we banked that money instead?

They also have a phone number you can call although I never remembered seeing it.

Best of luck...

Just as a guess, I did try [email protected] yesterday. Still waiting for a response.

As you have learned, there are no powerseller benefits.

And it is not nice running links to a website, and these boards have been full of talk about the policy, for months an months.

Ebay should have notified you as a courtesy, but there really is no excuse for having challenged their rules.

I apologize for having the wrong email addy in the reply. The one I've used is- [email protected], that one worked this week when I opted out of the program. Best of luck.

I also noticed you are using the incorrect addy as well in your post above.

when the policy first came, ebay was warning left and right, the warning period has long past.
there are over 10,000 power sellers on ebay, could be 25,000 now,and means nothing if you violate their rules.
they could say as a powerseller you should know better.
i agree there is no benefit in being a powerseller, never has and never will
