I had an auction close on October 12th, and I havent' received payment yet. I hadn't even noticed, actually. I go through my closed auctions every sunday and those that are over 2 weeks old get NPB'd. Today, I got this email from someone else who had sold to this person:
Leave her negative feedback, its a deadbeat.
It included a link to ALL of the auctions this person has bid on in the past month, which total 857.72. I agree that this looks rather suspicious, but, first off, I barely look at my buyers feedbacks, let alone what & how much they are buying, and secondly, there is a (albeit small) chance that she is planning on buying some, all or most of this stuff, and thirdly, isn't this auction interference?
What I cannot believe, is that this seller negged the buyer, 2 days after the auction ended, and has sent out emails to at least 1 other seller. I'm not going to respond to the email, but I really wonder how does this person know if the buyer has or has not paid for these auctions? I really would love to respond to her email with a raving review of how wonderful the buyer was, and why on earth would I leave neg feedback for such a lovely person. But, I haven't heard from the buyer at all.
I guess once some people get burned, they don't wnat to give anyone else a chance to burn 'em again!

I pesonally wouldn't consider it auction interference since the auction has already ended.
I've rarely received emails from sellers about questionable bidders. But when I do, I'm thankful for the heads up. Perhaps another seller emailed the person who emailed you.
Sounds like your winning bidder doesn't pay for all the auctions won. Maybe you'll get lucky and they'll choose to pay on yours.

ebay doesn't not consider that interference since the auctions are both over. now if someoene did that with a current auction ebay would warn them and toss them off if it kept going on...i was able to acomplish that with a whack-o who was jackin with my auctions...............one things for sure if someone want sto do something bad enough theres really nothing that will stop em

Somethign I just noticed, the seller who sent me the email registered on 10/12 and has shades next to her name. She has 16 auctions closed, and "0" feedback.
My buyer has shades and registered 10/08 and has bid on 31 items since then.
Now, I really must let this item drop. I probably shouldn't have, but I did reply politely:
Hi,
I will leave negative feedback if I don't get payment. It's only been 3 days on my auction. After 14 days, I send a NPB, and then after 10 days (per ebay) I file for FVF, at which point I will leave the feedback. Even if they sent the payment via priority, I probably wouldn't have it yet.
