This whole stupid "check out" fiasco has me feeling stupid! I went to purchase something from a seller I've purchased the same items from before.... went to his eBay Store to "Buy it Now" and pay via Pay Pal. It's got me.... I'm afraid to go any further because I think it will take me to the page to use the Bill Point/eBay online Payments/whatever it is called this week. I don't think the seller wants to use it because he didn't put the shipping cost in so I requested an amount. SO, technically, I haven't bought the items yet.... I'm frustrated and ready to give up... then I realize that... "OH MY GOSH! What if people feel that way about my auctions?" I have used Bill Point because I like the idea of it going straight to my checking account... but if this is how it's going to be- I will give up on this form of payment. I don't even want check out as an option, but, oh well... guess it's not an option... it's there whether we want it or not??! Okay, enough rambling. I JUST WANT TO SCREAM! eBay use to be so easy to use.....

let me join you in the ranks of "feeling stupid".
I listed a few things under my buying ID and used the BIN option.
I just received a BIN winning bid.
So I get this email instructing me that buyer wishes for me to fill out the "checkout" portion of the deal.
So what the heck..I clicked the link, filled it out. But I went back 3 times to make some corrections and when I was satisfied that I had all the info on it I needed I searched for the submit button.
NO SUBMIT BUTTON to be found.
I've got to wonder now if the buyer got all 3 of the forms I was trying to fill out
I'm a seasoned seller...I am totally stymied by this checkout stuff.
I hurried and set a follow up email to the winner explaining my humble ignorance as to how this checkout works.
I sure feel sorry for the newbies that come onto the scene.
Gosh...if us expeirenced sellers are having problems just think what the new one must be going through.

EXACTLY! Thanks for making me feel better... I guess it is true that misery loves company. Since I posted the first message, I had one of my regular customers who has always paid immediately with Bill Point send me one of the "request" forms... so she must be clueless too! When will eBay just say, "Okay, let's leave it all alone and let people go about their business."? Every week or so we have something new to learn or get use to. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
