I have been using ebay's sellers assistant during their free trial. It is very confusing and has cost me $5.00 (possibly more). I relisted an item in error, had two listings in bold and had several items posted at midnight. Is there any way I can recoop any of these cost? How do I contact ebay and protest?

if it is a bug with ebay,you can get a refund.but if it is due to your unfamiliarity of the system or your own clumsiness,i dunno.
you could ask and see if you will get a canned response.

How did the errors occur? The midnight part I don't get, because as far as I know, there is no way to schedule listings in advance. It also is not possible to relist an item in error unless you create a new listing (and then do something like submit all)
