Is there a good time to end an auction on the weekend? What would be a good time to end an auction on a Saturday or Sunday?

I've been using Sat. afternoon on the theory that it gives people a part of two weekends to think about it. But the ebay study on coin sales showed Sunday evening as the most effective. YMMV.

Sunday and Thursday evenings work best for us. Around 9:00 pm Cental Time. This recommendation is after extensive messing around with ending dates and times.

My best ending times are on Sunday evenings......seems to do well for me as people have settled in from being away on their weekends and are in front of their computers that night (at least that is my theory......seems to work) and I also try to end some on Monday nights as well.....that seems to do well also....I figure buyers are not quite out of their buying modes from being on Sunday nights.....just my thoughts but seems to do the best for me....
I usually do 10 day auctions and start them either on Thursday to end on Sunday or start them on Sunday to end on Wednesday.
I think Sunday and ending during the week are both good times. I would keep away from Friday and Saturday as people are out and doing their "thing" on those days.

I like to list on Thursday around 5-6pm Pacific, and run for 10 days. I figure I will get two weekends worth of exposure, and the items I generally sell are worth spending the extra dime.
