Couple months ago someone told me about hosting at this site - I signed with them and transfered my domain to their site but cant reach a real person on the phone and email takes days Anyone know anything about this site ?

I use them and am starting to regret it. Their customer service is horrible.....
If your lucky enough to get a response it is 2-3 days later.

I thought I was the only one ! I upgraded to premium service and had my domain changed to their servers and was trying to get them to switch the temp host name to my domain and couldnt get ahold of anyone- Finally got thru their automated answering line and a tech guy said he was sorry but I wasnt allowed to talk to anyone on the phone unless I upgraded again - Boy am I torqued ! I deleted the site and Im considering a chargeback and a complaint to the powers that be. Wish I had stayed away from them.

My hosting company is a little on the high side (although they recently doubled their allowed space from 200 to 400 megs, so that makes it more reasonable) - They have good customer service.
I decided to try one of those ads (I think I found it at bidville actually) for 3 times the server space at about 1/4 the price...I didn't move everything there, just a couple of domains that I do not actively use to see how they work....My conclusion is you get what you pay for. Awful customer service, they never were able to get one of my domains to work properly with the DNS entry. After two month, I canceled service and decided that if I need more space, I would open another account or upgrade with my current service. Be careful of cheap companies, there is a reason why they are cheap!

I think one of the better indicator of service is how quickly tech support will respond to your e-mails and phone calls. I seem to never have a problem reaching a sales person, but tech support has varied with different hosts.

Well-I have to say they came thru for me- I was so torqued at no being able to talk to a Real person I gave up hope of ever getting my domain up again - I received an email from tech support about what to do and how and 12 hours later up pops my site - The world has brite colors again ! Im going to stay and give them another chance.
