There used to be a quick link on the bottom of the auctions to file for a non paying bidder and then a FVF. Now all that's there is the checkout information. Anyone know where the link went? I found it by going through ebay's help section, but there must be an easier link somewhere that I'm missing.

There is a link at the bottom of your My eBay selling page.

hit the Safe Harbor link on the bottom of the page and then look at the listings on the left. One of them is the link for non-paying bidder.

At the top of the page under the payment and shipping information on your auction is a seller services section. Click on the "See More Option" link. This will take you to a sign in page and then the NPB page.
