Just need to relay a frustration - have you had this happen? I had a bidder win 4 auctions, several ended with a higher $ then I thought they should have but - no problem there. She didn't pay for 3 weeks and no emails. I noticed she unregistered with ebay, had her phone disconnected (I called twice) and did not respond to numerous emails. I filed NPBAs and sent an email saying good-bye. She emailed back saying her family has been in crisis since 9/11, tried to email, phone not disconnected, etc. She has over 30 negs, over 70 neutrals. She's been bidding like crazy before and after 9/11. Some she pays, some she doesn't. I believe her when she says her family is involved in the crisis, but why has that not prevented her from bidding but it has prevented her from paying? What would you think? She says I was unfair. Do you think I was unfair?

Thanks.

I think I would just now ignore her and move on. I guess if the light company turned off her lights for non payment, that would be unfair of them since she had this crisis. No matter how understanding they would be that she was experiencing this negative in her life, they would still want payment in order for her to continue service.

She is NARU'd (if I read your post correctly), so do not respond to any further e-mails.

30 negs and she can still bid? The question is why sellers are not filing NPB's, which would permanently remove her after 3 offenses. Now that she is NARU'd (and maybe not by her own choice) she can't bid anyway.

She has 30 negs and 70 neutrals??? I think you found the worst bidder in the ebay universe. And she's crazy, too. Good riddance.

Sounds like the one I just went through. See mailed me to back out. I went to leave feed back. And found in 15 minutes she piled on 47 Negs. she was NARU'd the next day. Up to that point she had 49 Pos. 1 Neu. 0 Neg. Was a member since 9/27/01. Her Ebay day's were short numbered.
