This is driving me nuts. I can't relist or revise. I go thru the process and get an error message. I have contacted ebay and they are no help. Any suggestions?

pearly28, revising is a PITA when using Explorer as your browser. Make your change then let the page sit for about 2 minutes before hitting submit. It takes time, but it works like a charm for me. Weird but true.
