good morning to all.
ever since I have started using the AW wbn system, I get very few responses. I hesitate sending personal ones too, I don't want the buyer to think I am harassing them. What should I do?
I get a response on maybe 1 out every 5 that are sent. I am still getting paid for the items but the check either just shows up in the mail or I get the notice from Paypal.
Does everyone else have this problem or have you found a solution.
While I am on the subject, where in the WBN do you list the insurance amount?

I think people are just disorganized. They open an email, get distracted, and then forget about it. When I get an email that indicates the buyer has forgotten my wbn, I reply and say I am resending my wbn, and then resend it just like I did originally. If something is going to be misdirected in the mail, I would prefer it be their mistake. If they send a 2nd email indicating they can't figure out how to fill in wbn, then I just fill it in for them, but mak a note on the form that I filled it in and when the buyers email was sent. The post sale forms are why I use AW, they are great and save much time.
