Anyone ever have any problem leaving feedback with this tool? I've never used it and I'm wondering how others like it.

Easy as pie. check comes in, Click the button, Feedback left... I wish they had canned Nutral and neg feedbacks. I also wish I could make my own standard feedback...

dejapooh - You >can< create your own feedback phrases!
On the Fulfillment Checklist page of an auction, click "Edit Comments" - it's next to the Custom feedback box. A new window will open.
You then have the ability to add as many different kinds of statements as you wish. You want NEGATIVE and NEUTRAL statements, simply add them - just be careful when you use them!
Note: sometime back, there was a problem where you could not use an apostrophe (') in the text. The feedback would not get sent, and you wouldn't see an error for a while. I don't know if it has been fixed.

Back to the original post.
Yes, I do like the ability to "roll my own" in terms of feedback, and that I can apply comments on a winner-by-winner basis as I'm completing post-sale tasks.
As I stated, I don't know if the problem with the apostrophes has been fixed or not.
One short-coming: if you change the e-mail ID of the winner in the Fulfillment Checklist, you cannot use the feedback. You have to go to eBay. Somehow, AW can't track to the updated ID.
Also, the only "downside" is that after you've sent someone feedback, the phrase you sent is not shown/displayed in the Fulfillment Checklist. (It goes back to the default.)
I've requested an enhancement for this - but I don't know when (if ever) we'll see it.
