I have a very nice Ike Turner album that I having the most rotten time with. I listed it and "sold" it - buyer wants to send money order. No problem - numerous emails from buyer (using term loosely) and finally nothing. I finally posted neutral feedback about the buyer (I don't like to neg.) and relisted item. The second time it sells for less money (the first time was about $50). Guess what - another money order buyer. I wait and wait - finally email several times - no response. Once again I post neutral feedback and this time I don't relist. It is still sitting here. A couple of days ago, I received an email from the second buyer expressing his desire to send payment that day. Today I receive a CD from the guy (used - it is not shrink wrapped!) along with a print out of the WBN he received from Auction Watch - no money order or check or cash or explanation. Anyone have this happen before? I would send the record album just to get rid of it, but the bank won't deposit this kind of CD in my account.

dadofstickboy LOL You beat me to it.
I have a solid gold coin necklace that I can not seem to get rid of.
3 times bidders never paid, the first one decided he bid too much after the auction closed. The second bidder bid then asked me how big 10mm was after the auction closed and stated it was not the size he wanted after it closed and the coin size of 10mm was clearly stated.
The third time bidder paid item was sent insure with signature confirmation and 3 weeks later it came back to me.
I at least made some money since after trying to contact them by phone and returning monies by mail (check came back too).
I think it is cursed or something.
I just came across it after my move a couple days ago, I think 6 months waiting time is long enough here we go again.

Well, this story has a happy ending. I received an email from the buyer wanting to know the status of his purchase, since he had sent payment. I replied that I had received a used CD, but no payment. He emailed back and said that he hid the money inside the insert in CD jewel case - cash.
Well, he had me fooled, but that sometimes doesn't take much. At last, Ike Turner is out the door!

Just you wait Henry Higgins, just you wait! You'll be sorry, but your tears'll be too late!
You'll be broke and I'll have money. Will I help you? Don't be funny.
Just you wait, Henry Higgins, just you wait!...
