There's a first time for everything I guess. My high bidder turns out to be an international bidder. I only ship to US as stated in my auctions. When I contacted her she was relieved at that because her husband was in a tizzy over spending money they didn't have to spend. Mutually agreed to void the transaction. Second high would like to have it and is in the US. What do I have to do to make it all legal and good with the gods at ebay? Thank you for any help.
