won my ebay auction last night. Even though the auction closed at 11pm, he was up, did a checkout ASAP. Acted like nothing is wrong. He has been with ebay since 2/01, been getting negatives since 4/01, and I dont know what was the first 3 items was, for they are so old, but the last two was for a $7,000 car back in 12/01 and a $1,200 antique in 1/02!

This guy only won a used dvd from me, but it is disturbing that not only did most of them didnt file fvf, for he should have been NARU'ed by now, but not to get your fvf back on a $7,000 or $1,200 item?

also he is still bidding and winning things, urently the highest bidder for a 1,600 new motorbike! Cant ebay just kick this guy out? Are sellers not filing FVF anymore?

If you emailed safeharbor someone with a -5 would be NARU'd in a heartbeat.

You'd think that Ebay's software would automatically NARU someone with that feedback rating. Is the bidders total fB rating -5 or do they just have 5 negs??

hi katmommy, he has 5 negatives, 0 neutral, o positives! yikes! i did take mballai's adivce and reported him to safeharbour though! Maybe ebaya kept him around for they are getting rich off him? i mean imagine the fvf they didnt have to refund on the 7,000 and 1,200 dollar items!

How can you tell that they didn't file for the FVF? Maybe the last 2 did and they're just waiting for the 3rd unlucky seller?

wow pretty amazing that someone with 5 negs not been kicked off specially if high value items he been messing around sellers would have filed to get their fees back i would guess i would certainly have.

I've never filed for FVF. I'd bet some sellers probably don't even know about it.
