Well... Vrane's finally gotten it's "return positive feedback" function fixed.... but, it's only going to remain free for another month. Starting April 26th, they are going to start charging for this service. For more information, view their website at:
http://www.vrane.com/return_feedback.html
Guess I've gotta find another way to handle feedback now. It's almost worth the charge.... but if I can do it by hand and save a little $$$ I'll do it. Just thought I'd share the news with everyone!

I use to premium feedback service now, it is well worth a little over a penny for feedback to be automatically returned. It takes a lot of time to do this manually, just not worth it in my opinion.

I haven't been able to use any of their services they charge for,I can't get into my account and they will never get another dime of my money, that is for sure. You e-mail them with a problem and they never answer. They can go jump as far I'm concerned as they are useless.I used them all the time before they started charging. They need to get off the internet.

mah645: I'm not sure there is a "they" at Vrane. As far as I can tell, this is one guy with a PC in his dorm room or something.
I paid for unlimited Power Relister credits but Power Relister has stopped working correctly of late.

The subscription services we've purchased from Vrane is the best money we have ever spent for our online business. The time saved alone in relisting auctions is worth 50 times the cost to us! Give these people a break. It cost money to provide these services and the company should be compensated for its efforts. Software updating is required every time eBay messes with their forms and Vrane has always been responsive in having them corrected. The days of free are gone, so it's pay up or list your auctions and feedback one by one.

Vrane offers some nice tools. It is a site worth examining. The internet is catching up with reality... there is no free lunch.

Frustrating as it is, if you've been unfortunate enough to send money to vrane and receive no response - consider yourself lucky!
In over three years of active online surfing, marketing and selling I've only had a truly bad experience with ONE company. You guessed it... Vrane... This person took my money, insulted me repeatedly when I asked for help, promised a refund through the channel of his choise(not via paypal as I had paid him) and a year later it still has not come.
When I posted on AuctionWatch for advice users came out of the woodwork within hours to let me know what a ---- this guy is to work with. I don't make a practice of badmouthing anyone online because it usually isn't worth the time it takes to type the message, but people definately should be warned not to do business with vrane.
Yes, his services in theory are good and I know that many of his customers who have never had to ask a question are satisfied. But if you are unfortunate enough to need help - might as well just move on and buy a competing product. All this guy will do is insult you and steal your money.

I have to agree with both sides on this thread. I can't get a response to a question, either. But the services like return feedback and the sales history reporter that I use are well worth the money.
My question is: Is there another service that will offer the same features??? I would switch but I don't know to whom.

Like I said, I think it's one guy in his dorm room. And he sleeps in late, so woe be unto you if you needed to use the service you paid for and the machine is down.
That's what happened to me. I needed the Power Relister credits in a hurry, so I opened a PayPal account (something I swore I'd never do) and paid for it. Got the credits, sure, but then vrane was down. And down. AND down.
He finally responded to my fifth email (I'd progressed from anxious to urgent to frantic to yelling to apoplectic) demanding a refund.
Cheez, if I wanted this kind of service I'd use Andale. It ain't true that smaller is better.
