...the seller's listing title had the phrase "Buy Now $60 Bucs" and the auction listing had an actual BiN price of $75.00?

There is no indication of whether this is a relist (or a mistake).

I'm waiting for a response to "ask the seller"...

Just checked the auctions of this seller and the title on the actual auction page now states $75; could be they changed it and eBay hasn't caught up with it yet. Also, checked the feedback of this seller: 2786 positives, 22 negatives. Not too tacky and I wouldn't have a problem bidding on their auctions.

Turns out it was a template error. As there are several different machine configurations available - wrong title went with the listing.

Yep, user error...
