According to Pay Pal policy the seller is protected against chargebacks if they ship the item and the shipping company has a means for tracking the item. I just found out from them today that a Bill of Lading is not enough. They require the shipping company have an online tracking system and blanketwrap companies that move furniture do not have that capability. Should I take the risk or discontinue Pay Pal? Do you think I will lose business? How about C2it?

I am very legally minded these days for good reason!

online tracking has always been a requirement for paypal seller protection.
but what is the chance of a large furniture getting lost in transit??
why paypal, why not your own merchant account??
when there is squabble, you have one less layer to worry about, plus from reading this board, paypal customer service is lousy.
paypal is good for small items-small in $$ and size.
