and look how much the auction closed at! Just goes to show you that you can sell anything if you market it right

The picture hosting costs are making me shudder.... and there was a little touch of TMI there at the end. But all in all, highly amusing!

In reference to the picture hosting fees, I have a question. I tried yesterday to launch some auctions with the picture at the top of the page using the proper html <img src=http://xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.gif>. I wasn't trying to avoid picture fees (altho I wouldn't have protested) but wanted to get thepicture at the TOP of the auction instead of the ebay method of putting it at the bottom. I also put them in the defaul box on the ebay form, thinking the picture would be there in two places but at least I would still have the one at the top. The auction launches, I check it out and the html pix didn't appear. I previewed it on file manager at geocities.com and it looked like I intended. Copied and pasted to the ebay sell your item form and didn't come out at all. What do you think I did wrong? Any suggestions? I don't really do enough auctions to subscribe to a auction service site but maybe I should so I can get at least a bit of a variety. Thanks in advance for your help .....
