I have been auctioning for a while but now have merged with another to form another company. I just put my first auction on and my pics are showing up full size on my Ebay auction instead of making them smaller and clickable. Is there something on my end I'm doing wrong or is this a new policy? I put 8 auctions on 6 days ago and none of them were like this. I tried 3 different sizes before actually starting the auction and none of them worked. HELP!!

Are you launching your auctions through Auctionwatch? If so, you need to go to your account section, and under global preferences check the selection that lets AW resize your pictures.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.
