OKay, Last month was bad for non paying bidders, total of 500.00 not paid for by 3 buyers.
Now 27 days later I get a check for one of the items, mind you I had done Non paying alert already and no e-mail from this person since the end of sale. Well I re-listed the item, it has bids. The check she sent I hold 10 days then ship, now shipping costs are higher,
So do I send check back? Cancel bids and ship to make life easier eat the money of shipping, and make the new bidders mad?
I don't care about neg feedback as mine is too good to ruin with one lazy person.
the other 2 buyers well if they lived closer....One guy bought 4 auctions e-mailed me for total etc... and now won't reply to Where is the money, and this was the users first buy under that ID,
With the ebay charges, ebay should provide credit checks of new users or something...get them outta here!

send the check back with a note that the Item had been relisted and sold payments should get to sellers with 10 to 15 days at the most.
how ever I believe ebay recommends not relisting for up to three weeks starting at the time of the NPB notice till the time you file for refund allowing the buyer a chance to make good on the deal. http://www.Dman-N-Company.com

Send back the check.
eBay has to do something about all of the non-paying bidders. Yahoo Auctions took a huge step a year ago or so by making all auction users have a valid credit card on file including the 4 digit code on the back of the card. Still a few deadbeats but most are people are deadbeaters in every phase of their lives anyway.

Your only option now is send check back.
You could cancell bids and sell to original buyer, after they send you the increase in postage.
I never relist, and you shouldn't either till you file a FVF.
When you filed the NPB, that was in hopes of getting you money and it worked. But by relisting early you added to the problem.
Now you will be out postage to send back the check, you'll be out listing fees for the original auction,or the one thats running now if you cancell it!
By jumping the gun you created a small headache for your self.
You had every right to do it,but you should have waited a few more day's!
I file a NPB after 10 day's & a FVF and relist 11 day's after that.

Yes, What a fine mess I have... but it was 26 days before I relisted and many attempts to contact the buyer!! ( I listed now as I like to sell similar items at same time in hopes buyers will bid on more then one item)and had more of similar to sell now.
Last time this happened I waited to Long to file with ebay and got nothing. There dates for filing NPB and FVF are a lot of dates to remember, most times I eat the money but with the higher priced items I stay on top of it best I can.
I have in the past given 30 days grace waiting for payment but the nice guy therory got me no where!
