I have a buyer that is having problems with their e-mail but does not know it. I have sent a WBN 3 times and each time it came back returned mail. Now i am not a newbie seller on ebay, i just have never had reason to request user info before. Where exactly do i find the steps to request info on the buyer to get their number and call them? Thanks in advance guys.

Don't know what to tell you about pulling contact info - I've never had to.
When I know (or suspect) my emails aren't going through, I make a copy and do an "email this auction to a friend" on the auction page. Works like a charm every time!
