Hi,

I have a pretty easy question. I won an auction using BIN on July 19th for a CD. I paid the same day (moments after I bid) with Paypal. Using some funds I had in my account for purchases. I emailed seller to let them know I won and that I sent Paypal payment for the price of the auction. No word from seller. On the 26th, I email the seller a second time letting them know that I haven't received the CD (it was shipped first class), asked when it was shipped and to let me know the status. No reply from seller. Today I sent my third and final email telling them I want to know what is up with my order. What the heck happened to sellers using communication? All I asking for is to know when or IF my CD was sent. I paid minutes after I won the auction and it is going on 2 weeks and still I have no CD and I have no word at all from the seller letting me know what is going on.

Seller has 68 feedbacks with 3 negs--but they negs were from her being a buyer. So, what else can I do? I know some will say call her but I like to think of that as a last, last, last minute thing to do. I prefer to handle business I do on eBay over the internet (even though it isn't working in this case ) And if I don't receive the CD, is there any way I can get my money back since I used money I had in my Paypal account?

I have to say that I am mostly a seller and I tell my customers what I am doing every step of the way. As a buyer, I have had some wonderful sellers but lately I've had the worst time getting any confirmation and have had slow delivery. I won a stamp and it has been over a week and I haven't received it either.

Sigh

can you pull contact info off eBay on the seller? maybe you could call them.
yes, there is price of long distance call
but if you cal resolve the problem
it's less then all other hassle.

option # 2 find out from eBay about non selling seller,
I think their response will be to call the seller anyway.

other then that I would send him emails through eBay (ask seller question)
regarding to your item # and email him/her dirrectly at the same time,

you can also file fraud complaint on ebay.
good luck
