I am desperately looking for a phone number for Billpoint but cannot find one. Is it posted somewhere on their site? I tried looking everywhere on eBay and Billpoint, but did not see one.

You won't find a BillPoint number posted on their site, they use email for customer assistance.

When all else fails you can go to the BBB and look up a number there, but I can't say if that would do you any good.

Ugh! Aren't they supposed to post a number since they accept payments? I am frustrated to no end. Oh well, back to the old email waiting game... Thanks!

Yes, that is the supreme irony.

You can't phone eBay.

You can't phone Billpoint.

Yet, as a seller, you are required to have an active phone line and make it available to anyone who pulls your contact info.

Moral?

When you get big enough, you can make your own rules.

Securities and Exchange requrires a phone number which for Ebay is
(408) 376-7400...don't know if that will do you any good.

Will try these numbers today. It IS ironic that we have to have a number, but they don't. Guess they have would have thousands of people calling them with problems otherwise. Some with serious issues and others asking, "What happens when I click on this link?"
