I sure know how you feel, as I have had a number of auctions all taken off without knowing till hours later. And the goofy part
they were " all Legal" and I don't understand how they are taken off just because someone doesn't want me selling these things. I am not even a powerseller and just think a complete stranger can get me NARu for NOTHING!!! I sure wish there was some fairness, and that they would look at these aucions before taking THAT many off and for nothing. It looks like if someone wants to get rid of a person all they have to do is "I'm not even sure what they would say to have them taken off"! Too Strange. I wish ebay was a little more like they used to be as I feel like my hands are tied and it would be different if these items weren't allowable. So I wish you luck and if I had the numner I sure would give it to you plus use it myself. This madness has to stop somewhere. Good Luck and I really do mean it.

The problem is that contrary to what eBay tells us, they do not investigate all complaints - instead, they do make arbritrary and incorrect decisions about which listings to end. It is also painfully obvious that all eBay sellers are not created equal.
