I would refund the money to the buyer immediately and then try to work out the insurance.

I'd go back to school and learn how to write the English language. No wonder you've having communication problems.

If you have the receipt for the money order, do a trace to see if it was cashed. Tell your customer that payment was sent in the form that she had requested and the only way for you to recover your losses on that is to do a trace. Don't send another dime until you have done the trace and verified it was uncashed. Then put a stop pay on it and insist on Paypal. (if they paid by CC, then you are in essence giving them a free cash advance on it by sending cash, paypal will do the same thing, but it is then their responsibility) Site that you sent two items to their address and both were not received. Can't trust the mail carrier their so it must be done electronically.

Also, the reason you got insurance was to protect their item in transit. In my opinion, as soon as it hit the mail, it was no longer your responsibility. Don't prepay on an insurance claim that may not go through. (what happens if they received it, and the PO show cause that they did?, you are out money and product)

Did you send the item with tracking? Sounds like you did not. If so, track it. Never send a refund by check if you received it by credit card. It sounds like to me that this could be a giant case of fraud happening here. Pay with someone elses card and get a cash refund. In the business world, credit card purchases are refunded to the same credit card for protection which is what you should have done, but not until the 30 days was up. Next time, also use tracking. It is cheap and worth every penny. UPS and Fedex have free tracking too.

since you have sent 3 seperate items to this buyer and none were received, DID YOU CHECK THE ADDRESS TO MAKE SURE YOU HAD IT CORRECT ON THE LAST 2 ITEMS?

That would be my concern, what address did I use and was it correct?
