I had an ebayer win 3 of my auctions a couple weeks ago, never got back to me or paid me on 2 of them

1 item she just paid me for thru Billpoint after I had relisted and given up hope but didn't pay the shipping of $2.50 which was stated in the auction.
So do I ship for free to not a nice person or what?? I even sent her 2 emails, a Billpoint invoice for just the shipping and ebay non pay alert, nothing

Here is that ebayer's feedback ! Next to her ebay ID name is a (3) for feedback

How in the ebay world can she still be bidding on stuff and why only a 3 after her name .. seems like it should be a negative 3 and be out of there !! ?? You should see the many, many complaints of no payments on multiple auctions

Also ~ her ebay name is not nice !!

13 positives. 11 are from unique users and count toward the final rating.

1 neutrals.

16 negatives. 8 are from unique users and count toward the final rating.

I AM NOT gina50 on ebay

Her score of 3 is the difference between the 11 positives and 8 negatives. The sellers who left the negatives (if they were for NPB) are most likely of the mentality that they were hurting her with negative feedback and warning other buyers about her. The only thing negative feedback can accomplish, other than inviting retalliatory negs, is get the deadbeat booted if she accumulates a feedback of -3, and even then someone has to notify Ebay because the suspension is not automatic. If the first 3 of her sellers had filed for FVF fees, she wouldn't have been around long enough to accumulate 8 negs. She would have been suspended indefinitely on the third. Do your part to get rid of her. File for that NPB and FVF now!

"Should I ship even though the buyer didn't pay for shipping just to be a nice person?"

Hell No!!!!

Refund the original payment - file NPB's on each item - block this bidder and move on!!

Gina50...
UNBELIEVEABLE!!! Look at the negs she has racked up in the last 7 days. And she's only been registered a little over a month. If any of the sellers have filed NPB's and are waiting out the 10 days to follow through, I would think her account would have a life span that could be measured in hours instead of days or weeks.

Don't waste any time getting her on the blocked bidder list.

She has recently bid on 122 auctions listed by over 80 different sellers so I think she will be gone soon, under her present ID anyways.
