Hi, xxxxx, yes I did, unfortunately I have had big problems here. My car
broke down in is in the shop and my son hit a deer and his car is out of
commission and Im stuck here waiting for the insurance adjuster. I will have
a ride to the post office tomorrow and will OVERNIGHT the payment to you so
you should have it by wed. Sorry about all this and I really want the house
so please hang on a couple more days for me. Thanks, xxxxx

Reply with, please e-mail me as soon as you send payment on Wednesday so I can watch for it. If they really are sending payment, they will reply back.

Yeah, it's like the "little boy who cried wolf" with most of these late payers now. I've been selling on eBay for 4 years now (this month!), and just roll my eyes and shake my head at all the "excuses" they give - not really believing ANY of them anymore. I tell them now I want the payment within 5 days - or else it's automatically cancelled - no exceptions.

I live in the country this is the worst time of year for this..tell the guy to invest 4.99 at the auto parts store on deer whistles,epoxy them on..people keep getting hurt here,wrecked cars..spend 4.99 they work could be telling the truth here
had a nice little old lady send payment never recieved it in 15 days,,i was kind to her..it came 16th day..she had written city way low on the envelope where the bar code goes,post office went over it in black felt pen could hardly read it but it got here,she also sent me a replacement i recieved on the a few days later..i was patient & kept a great customer.she & her daughter are both buying from me now. Funny i did beleive her...most of the time people are honest sometimes we forget that in this biz

Yes, where I am from the deer are out on the roads. It gets dark early and they like to roam. I worked in an area where deer where hit all the time and when you hit one of those it's like hitting a brick wall. I have seen many accidents and serious ones. I doubt if anyone would give that excuse to not pay for an auction. Keep us posted.

after npb filed, received e-mail on 9/29 stating pmt came back to them (stated address was correct).
Since we are both in the same state, I should've gotten 'second' snail mail pmt within 3-4 days.
