You're coming to the wrong place for sympathy. You should have been banned long time ago. Do you realize the harm to those sellers you had caused? Your bid (that you retract) may have scared off a legitimate bidder.
What a find really interesting though, is that after selling a lot in one month to rack up $130.00 in balance owed to ebay, this is your first AW post. Are you a lier? Are you trying to rattle some cages?
Anyway you look at it, you are a fool.
Everyone is entitled to my opinion.

$130.00? My fees were well over $600.00 last month!

This is a seller that doesn't understand bidding. Yes, he is NARU.
From ebay's rules:
It is ONLY OK to retract a bid if...
You accidentally enter a wrong bid amount (for example, you bid $99.50 instead of $9.95). If this occurs, re-enter the correct bid amount immediately.
The description of an item you have bid on has changed significantly.
You cannot reach the seller. This means that you have tried calling the seller and the seller's phone number doesn't work, or you have tried emailing the seller and it comes back undeliverable.
I agree it is the wrong place to come for sympathy.

If the spelling in your listing was as good as it is here, that was good enough to get you NARU'd.

$130?
HA!
I racked up a $2,400 bill last month, and since I'm not the only high volume seller here, I'm sure there are others in that range.
Personally -- I'm glad to see you go, the last thing eBay needs is another seller/bidder who can't seem to understand the terms of service. You know, the terms of service, the rules governing use of eBay, rules like:
1. All bids are final?
2. Bid retractions are only valid -- if you entered in the wrong bid amount and then change it to the right one immediately, the item's discription changes drastically after you bid on it and/or the seller is unreachable during the auction, as in their e-mial bounces and their phone # doesn't work.
Frankly, I'm sick and friggin tired of people who think that the rules don't apply to them, or operate in complete ignorance of them and get irate when the rules are enforced. You got booted because of your own ignorance.
What you were doing was a violation of the rules,
And it's not eBay's fault that your auctions don't sell --- if your auctions don't sell, it's either because of marketplace dynamics and/or your selling tactics.
Think about it, if eBay could affect your sales negatively, why would they do that since it would make them less money?
Also - why kick people off who bring in money unless they're a menace of some sort? Because that's why you are, a menance -- the fees you racked up, weren't worth your illegal bidding practices, which hurt other sellers and eBay as a whole.
Goodbye -- don't let the door hit you where the good lord split you, hopefully, Yahoo will boot you as well.
Hmm, I think I was ranting again.

$2500.00+ this month...
Imagine being Naru'd for being a habitual bid retractor... How dare they do this to you! Forget about everyone else, including the countless sellers you stiffed. The important thing is that you be given the opporunity win one out of the 10 auctions you bid in for the same item. The other 9 can just be relisted anyway. Right? Unbelievable...
Abusers like you don't belong on eBay and you should have been kicked off long ago. This hurray for me and F* you attitude is becoming epidemic on eBay and it needs to stop. Us sellers are not around for your amusement. We're out to make a buck, so get the heck out of our way.

Your first post said i generally bid on moore than one item so that i can win one and if i won one i would retract my bids on the other.
And now you give other reasons? You have had 30 bid retractions in the last 6 months.
at one point we had over some of my sons friends and one of them got on my computer and bid on 20 items which i obviously did not need these bids were retracted because of this.
How did the kid get your password?

i accidently had my computer set on being signed in and if you didn't know it if you double click your ebay name on bidding on an item microsoft explorer will let the password pop up if you haven't blocked it. i did not know this and got caught with that. yes i made a mistake and retracted a couple of bids, but they are also counting all of the other bids which i had contacted ebay about before. you guys can say whatever you want but i was a loyal buyer and seller.
good luck to you all!

I guess it does suck after being on ebay for 4 years as no other site compares to it.
Did they say you were suspended permanently or is this just a 30 day time-out?
All I can advise is that you plead to ebay that you have learned your lesson and perhaps you may get lucky. And if you do have the good fortune to get back on make sure you go to the site map at the top of any ebay page and read all the rules about buying and selling.
Good luck.

No sympathy from me either...Bid retraction sucks for sellers, and can really mess things up. Glad ebay won't let you do it in the final hours anymore, but it really can mess things up still. Have fun on yahoo.

Exactly the same thing happened to me. I left my computer on and my dog pawed his way through 30 bids. Ebay booted me after I retracted those bids in spite of me having a valid excuse. "Rusty did it"

Same here. My dog bid on a ton of Lassie memorabilia and eBay wouldn't listen to me when I explained the bid retractions. Even after I put my dog on the phone they remained unconvinced. Now we are limited to use just the dog auction services. Hopefully our suspension is only 30 days (7 months in dog time.)
