What I have done when there is a printer error, I immediately print the log showing 2 entries for the same address and then make a note on it and mail it in. I don't know if this works or not as I usually wait a few months before sending all refund requests in. I always get a credit on my account but never match up the request to the actual refund.
For stealth mode, you need to email support and request it and then it will be an option in the "postage" options.
