This is the response I finally got from a buyer after sending her payment reminders.
"Sorry I haven't responded to your emails, but I haven't been on the Net in about a week. I don't go on everyday, usually, and only did when I was bidding on eBay. After winning MANY too Many auctions....."breaking the bank".......I stopped bidding, and then had little reason to be on the Net."
These were some of her previous e-mails:
1."Can You Discount The Shipping? If you give me a discount, I will pay right away."
The shipping charge was $3.85. I got 3 e-mails from her because she said she couldn't remember if I had offered her a discount or not!!
2. "Sorry I have not paid you. I cannot remember who I have paid and who I have not paid. Please be patient with me because I only bid on things for my kids."
She has bid on 125 auctions since the last week of September totaling over $1,000. Most of the items are salt & peppers, dishes and other misc items like war books). Her feedback so far is 8 for all these auctions.
She must have a bunch of kids and be planning on setting a huge Thanksgiving table for them. Maybe she read them some war stories after dinner!!
I had a rash of NPB in the early Summer and then things cleared up. Now I am back to a ton again but this is the best excuse so far. Wanna bet where this one is heading?
