can I leave feedback on a bidder who was suspended after he won my auction? he has not paid yet..tomorrow makes 10 days and he is making excuses...also, and perhaps more importantly, can he leave FB for me??
Question: Can I leave feedback for a suspended user? Answer: You cannot leave feedback for a user while they are suspended. If their account is reinstated, you can leave feedback at that time.

Even if you can't leave FB, you can request a Final Value Fee refund. My guess is that you are not the only one he stiffed. (check his bidding and winning history) While the FVF isn't as satisfying as a neg it is another nail in the deadbeat's coffin.

Personally, I think we should be able to leave feedback for a naru'd bidder. This information could be pertinent if they were to be considered for reinstatement.
