I just gave a "buyer" a neg for NPB. This is the 3rd Neg for her since August 30th. All for NPB. Will she be suspended? I certainly hope so. From her feedback, it appears that she decides after the auction closes as to whether she is going to pay or not. She went for a month w/o a Neg & POW 2 in 2 weeks!

I think bidders can have a lot of Negs. E-Bay kicks the bidder off when 3 sellers file for final value refunds or if contact information is invalid.

Sorry, the feedback total must be a negative 3, and they must be reported to ebay. Ebay does not automatically suspend when a bidder reaches minus three. It is better to have three different sellers file the FVF requests on a bidder which will kick in ebays suspension tool, and even then, that doesn't always work.

I started out with nothing and still have most of it left.

You can leave negative feedbacks till you turn blue in the face, but unless 3 different sellers file a NPB form the bidder will remain active. Negative feedback isn't the ticket. Read it yourself.

Non-Paying Bidder Policy
If a user has 3 feedback comments for nonpayment, will they be suspended?

No, feedback comments are separate from the non-paying bidder policy. eBay encourages you to leave appropriate feedback about your trading partners.

From ebay feedback forum:

http://forums.ebay.com/[email protected]^[email protected]

Question: How many negative comments can a person have before ebay will suspend them?
Answer: Negative feedback alone is usually not enough to result in a user's suspension. It takes formal complaints filed through ebay for non-payment or fraud to have a user suspended. Ebay will suspend a user when their rating reaches (-4), however the suspension is not automatic. Somebody has to report it to ebay.

The 3 Negs were all from different sellers. She has a total of 5. I can't file FVF until Wednesday (10 day from date of fileing NPB). I understand about the 3 Negs have to be from 3 different sellers. I don't know if the others have filed NPB or not. I don't think this person gives a d@@# one way or the other. I had sent here several emails & in the last one, I reminded her that she could get suspended. Still no answer. This is only the 2nd time in over 4 yrs. that I have had a NPB.
