Another neutral today, I'm glad I don't have the same account on half as I do on ebay.
I sent out a video, and the box got damaged in transit. I told her that I would accept it back, and I paid postage. Got the item back, it looked like really minor damage to me. Then, I get a neutral for selling something not in the condition promised. This person is more of a seller than a buyer on half, they should know better. I haven't left any feedback, but am annoyed because I took care of this immediately (as far as authorizing the refund) and still get a neutral. Oh well. Not sure what I will do as far as feedback goes, I am not going to deal with it tonight.

Give him back a neutral with a "video had minor damage in transit, immediate refund granted" note. The buyer has to learn that when he gives an unwarrented neutral that he will recieve on in return. Place him on your blocked bidders list too.

I agree with tooltimes here. After reading several threads about the problems with Half.com buyers' feedbacks, I really think those buyers leaving negs need to know that "we teach people how to treat us," "we create what happens to us," and "you get what you give." They need to feel that instant pain of accountability - once! - of a neutral or negative feedback to understand better what they're doing to the sellers.
So that maybe next time they'll think twice. "Once burned, twice shy."
I guess I've left my quota of sayings and proverbs for the month!
