This seems like it has been down for 6 weeks or more. I've tried to contact them, the first time they said they were aware of the problem, but subsequent attempts have just been ignored. Obviously I won't renew their services when my accounts expire (and I have more than one too!) - Can anyone point me to a similar service that automatically returns feedback. It has been so nice not to have had to deal with it, now I have to again. Yuck!!!!!!!!!!!! I use ebay seller assistant, so that won't work.

My observation has been that it's about 95% down. Every now and then I get an email acknowledgement of some feedback left, but generally I have to use that other feedback tool that leaves feedback for everyone who left a positive for you. Don't like it much.
I maintain that vrane.com is a college sophomore with a couple of fast Pentiums in his dorm room. Professional it is not. Navigating the site is tricky for the unwary. And I don't care about voting or distances between zip codes. I just want what I paid for.

I think you are right about the setup - And it is a difficult site to use, beginners don't have much of a chance here. It's too bad, because it was so nice not to deal with feedback, but now I have to go in every day and do things manually. That's not what I paid for either...

Looks like Auto Feedback woke up today and sputtered for awhile. It left a grand total of one (1) feedback for me.
