At the present time you can't send emails. I am receiving but cannot send. After calling & talking to a tech, found out that Microsoft suffered some severe damage & has to shut down many of their servers for repair to the software. May be tomorrow before they have everything up & running.

Hmmmm....We "newbies" using AOL aren't having a bit of trouble (just thought i had to defend AOL once in awhile since it is always getting blasted in here)I do sympathize with you though!

I just saw on CNN that MSN is still having problems because of that new slammer virus, as are other companies, they hope to get it all cleared up today.

That's ironic because it is a MicroSoft computer server glitch that allowed Slammer to be made. Most email viruses are caused because of MicroSoft Outlook Express. If you want to fight computer attacks drop any use of Micro$oft outlook Express and MSN as that is Gates baby. BLAME BILL! Just semi-kidding.

tooltime; I agree with you. After all the patch came out 6 months ago. You would think that Microsoft would have been the first to fix their own problems.

I sent out my WBN on late Sunday Night and I sent one to an MSN Email and they didn't receive it because I received an email from them this morning about how I wanted them to pay for their auction. I just C/P the WBN to their email that they sent me today to show them I had tried to send it and I resent it. I hope they get it.

Instead of waiting for MSN's email to come back up again, why not email these people from another email address and in the subject line, add something the relates to the auction to identify it. You could explain in the email that MSN is having problems and you are using another way of emailing temporarily. I think they would understand.
