I just received this in a post auction notice
from a bidder:

> I used AuctionSniper.com to win this item. As a seller, you can
> earn $5 for every new user that you refer. Simply paste these
> lines into your end of auction emails, and click this link for
> more details: http://www.auctionsniper.com/seller/

Has anyone had any experience with this? $5
every now and then for doing basically nothing
has its appeal (I still get one of those
PayPal $5 credits occasionally). Thanks!

I use AuctionSniper and love it. It's especially handy if you aren't going to be around when the auction ends.

Snipe sites are good. I use esnipe.com EVERY time I place a bid.
Good luck to auctionsniper
And when I place a snipe bid it is always the MAX i would pay.
Win some, lose some.

I'm sorry that I wasn't more clear. I'm
looking for seller's points of view on
this service. Have any other seller's
added the information to end of auction
e-mails and received $5 when someone
uses the link? Thank you.

DON'T!!!!!!!!!!!

I got suspended for a month over this exact issue. They do not allow you to advertise for other sites. I had some old AW auctions I relisted and they suspended me and cancelled all my auctions. I basically lost the XMAS season. So let me say it again, Don't.

Is it against the rules to have a signature at the end of all your emails about your own site? Please let me know because I DO!

I can't afford to get kicked off right now for sure.

Not Sure about that., might want to ask. They will give you a warning first. I had the auctionsniper on all my auctions for 6 mos then eBay decided to give me a hard time.

You can put info about oter sites in your EOA notices and anything else you send out however you cannot put links to other sites in the auction themselves.

Yes, you can add things to your e-mail but
not to your auction.

Again, my question is are there any sellers
who have added this to their e-mail and
received $5 when their bidder's have gone
on to use this service?
