I recently purchased some items I need for packaging from an ebay seller. I exchanged a few e-mails prior to the purchase regarding shipping and the need for USPS shipping. We finalized a price, and I sent payment. That evening seller emailed me informing me that they had not been able to use USPS and had instead used Fed-Ex Ground - who doesn't deliver here. I emailed yesterday since it's about time to enter into the forbidden dance of "Bring me my damn package, no I'm not coming down there to pick it up" to get the tracking number and now I am getting no response.

I'm seriously annoyed and need some advice on how to go about handling this politely ( for now ) since that is definately not a trait I am inclined to use right now.

Bummer What is the downside for you if you simply initiate chargeback procedures? (aside from a potential neg) The seller obviously knows they screwed up and it seems doubtful that they're going to voluntarily do the right thing.
