Hello, I need to send a refund for almost $1000. to a customer via PAYPAL. Does paypal refund the fees I paid to them if I do the refund through their site or do I lose the fees? thanks.

Ralph says to remind you of this (from the PP help files):
Note: Business and Premier accounts are subject to fees on all payments accepted. If you need to provide a refund more than 30 days after the original payment date, transaction fees will not be reimbursed by PayPal.
