*A few Vividence files will remain on your computer after performing these uninstall instructions. These files can be safely deleted manually. If you would like specific instructions regarding how to do this, please e-mail [email protected].
I got the same thing today. Looks legit and since you can only get to it by going to ebay.com - shouldn't have to worry about it being a phishing expedition .

Yes it does say multi media marketing department lower on down on the page in Google, but it also sounds like it downloads something onto your computer to maybe track your surfing?
If the spybots are catching it I wouldn't go there....

It is a legite e-mail. Only problem is when you go through the ebay site to do the evaluation, you are required to download a bunch of spyware to do the questionare. I looked quick, but then opted out quickly.

wasn't there a lawsuit against Microsoft for something similar? Oh, I guess as long as they "disclose it" in the Privacy Policy it's ok.
gotta love this section..." software collects certain computer system-specific information, such as the serial number of the hard drive, the unique identifier of the network adapter, and the IP address that is in use, etc." That ETC. could cover a whole lotta ground heh?
