not so,some have brick and mortar stores,they shop on ebay.
i see a lady from a small midwestern town bidding on used digital camera plus batteries plus charger,she must be selling them at a good profit.

Yes but the whole idea of sales is matching up interested parties with what they want, and charging them for the win-win situation that make them happy.
If a system were to be put in place to encourage them to buy that new toaster off of eBay instead of Wally’s World, Then so much the better.
The beauty of capitalism is that there will be a demand, and you or I, or a new member will step up to supply that demand. Because nature abhors a vacuum.
Better they spend it here than at some online casino.
I mean the reason we accept Paypal is because it creates excitement and urgency for the customer, and they will spend their money easier and faster, right?
