Has anyone else heard about the highway 50 yard sales? Our local paper has reported the event will take place May 21,22 and 23. It is supposed to be a nationwide event. As I do live 3 blocks from the highway I guess I will be participating in it.

Highway 50 goes from coast to coast about the midsection of the US. Goes thru CA, NV, UT, CO, KS, MO, IL, IN, OH, WV, VA, DC and MD. Check out www.route50.com to see.

The only one I know about is the 127 Yardsale. But that sounds like a great idea,it will be a lot of fun and maybe another event that will run every year. The 127 yardsale is now running 10 days. It started off as 4 days.

WOW...yep sounds like fun!...I am gonna be there with bells on...and lots of things to sell (might even buy a few things I can't live with-out)...or maybe I can sell them on ebay..Highway 50 goes right though my Home town of Linn, MO...See yah all there!
