the seller can contact you after you win an item (or use Buy It Now)
and then ship the item to you.
On Yahoo,it is not permitted to falsify or omit your name, address,
and/or telephone number when registering to use our site. It is also
not
permitted to use fax or disconnected numbers as your telephone number.

I wish we could read more about internet scam artists getting thrown in jail. You hardly ever hear about it happening. you would think that with all the brainpower out there someone could catch these guys. Think eBay has a few more pennies they could throw at the problem????
