Ten days ago I filed an NPBA for yet another one of my auctions. Today I tried to file to get my fees back and it's telling me I never filed the NPBA. Fortunately, I kept a copy of the email copy that gets sent to me by eBay. Hopefully, they will not make me wait yet another 10 days making the wait 20. What a crock! Anyone else ever experience this? This is my NPB that threatened to leave me a neg if I leave her one. Forwarded that email to eBay a while ago as well.

Omigosh! ... that is awful!!! ... I can't believe you kept that email though! good idea! ... my email cabinet doesn't hold a whole 10 days back ... (unless i let my provider put all my old emails on my hard drive; and i choose not to clog that with what would amount to a TON of "old stuff"
