This is really not a big deal, but I have3 auctions with multple bids on each by Newbies. What I mean is I have a widget with a BIN of $40.00. MsXYZ has bid 5 times, but hasn't hit the reserve or BIN. There are 2 other newbies doing the same thing on other widgets. All of them have been registered less than 2 months. Would it be ethical explain what BIN means?

I don't see why not, sanmar!

you would probably be doing them a favor.

a while back i found a grouping of the miniature lighthouses up for sale with a really cheap BIN. before i could get the BIN through, a newbie bid the minimum bid.

i still bid on the lot and in the end the newbie got, for almost twice what the BIN was.
