With the exit of Ruby Lane counters in the next few months, I have been searching for a replacement for nearly a year. Looks like Dave's Bookshop Counters is going to fill the bill.

Marc, would you be so kind as to amplify how counters are useful to you? I don't use them, never have, but I might if they would be worth the trouble.

Counters are useful if they provide some detail as to the time of day and week your auctions are being viewed. This can help you to list your items at peak activity times. Another thing is they are helpful to let you know if people are actually looking at your auctions. Learning when and how people are viewing your listings is a powerful tool to increase your bids.
