I must have not been paying attention, but I'm not really surprised since eBay now owns PayPal. The fee for us small (under $3,000.00 a month) sellers is jumping from 2.2% to 2.9%. I guess it is just the cost of doing business, I do like the instant money.

Over the next two months, I'm gonna attempt to phase out PP in favor of BidPay & mo's.
feeBay is gradually morphing PP back into the nasty ole ShrillPoint & I didn't use it when they were in competition with PP!
PP used to provide a tiny smidgen of Seller's Protection vs NONE with ShrillPoint -- feeBay is gradually eroding what little seller's protection that PP did at one time offer!
Basically, the FEES for selling on feeBay have just about crushed most (not all) profit for me.
Time to cut back on EVERYTHING!
I have discovered some FREE or CLOSE TO FREE image hosts that work just as well as anybody else -- NTM far better than feeBay's murky mush!
And some FREE bulk loaders...
TIGHTEN THAT BELT, RALPH -- we be on an AUSTERITY BINGE from now on!
