I sent an invoice yesterday and made a big mistake in the shipping. I put in the amount, realized it was wrong, tried to back up the cursor and put in the right amount. The original number didn't erase and it jacked the shipping up by $25!! I didn't realize it until the buyer emailed me with a WTF email in which I figured out what happened, explained and all was well.
She just went to try and pay me tonight and the shipping is still wrong and she can't change it.
How do I change it so that the correct shipping is there and that the amount paid is right? If there is no way to fix it how does she pay with PayPal? Just from the site?

You can go into paypal and send her an invoice from there. That's usually what I do when I goof.

Go into post sale management. Click on #1 to take off the check. Click on the paper with the pencil on it to edit. You can edit the invoice there and send it again.
If she has already filled in her info and confirmed the order, take the check off Checkout Complete. Then click on Go to Checkout. Her info should still be there. Follow it all the way through and confirm the order. Then send her the WBN again. When she clicks on it, she will go to the confirmation page. It should have the correct postage then.
