Hi, all: I sold something 1.5 months ago, e-mailed multiple times, no reply, so I started the NPB/FVF process. Three weeks ago this guy says he still wants it. Takes 2 weeks to send the payment but it did come. I've mailed the item and he has received it.

Now he'd like me to remove the strike against him with Ebay on the NPB business. I don't know how to do that, never have had to, and can't seem to find it on the site map. Advice, please!

Go into your view unpaid item disputes. Find the item and click on the view link on the left. On that page you will see a link to remove the unpaid item strike.

Whether or not you want to remove it is a tough question. I guess it depends on the buyer and the situation. Mostly his attitude.
