A buyer just bought an item using BIN and paid right away using Paypal. He's paypal-verified and has a confirmed address. So far, so good.

But when I tried to print a shipping label on the USPS site, it says the buyer's confirmed address is not a valid shipping address (so I can't print the label)

So I try to send him email, through both vendio and ebay & AOL bounces the messages back with "unknown user" .

Now what???

Try changing the address a little. For example, I just packaged something that was like 123 Co. Road M - I changed co. to County and it came up just fine...Also, if they are paypal verified, you will probably be ok if there is a problem.

Also try using the on line directories. I have had a couple that are not done the way the USPS wants because THEY just changed the address.

Why not just print the label through PayPal?

Thanks for all the ideas!

ebayvet - tried a bunch of variations, no luck.

Kevin - also tried that, none of them show the street in that city at all!

TnErnie - yours is the winning suggestion! That's what I decided to do and Paypal Shipping was happy to print the label.

Since the buyer is verified and the address is confirmed - and Paypal requires me to ship to that address to get Seller Protection - I figured it should be pretty safe.

thanks all!
